We offer free collection in store from our Osiris Games premises for all orders, just select "Collect in store" at the checkout!

Royal Mail (orders up to £40): £3.95
Royal Mail (orders £40 or more): £5.95
Oversized Orders: If your order exceeds our standard delivery restrictions, we may need to charge an additional £5 shipping fee. This is for orders that are larger, heavier, or require more than one parcel to ship, and is at the manager's discretion. You will be contacted to confirm your order if this applies.
Signed For Services: All our parcels are sent with Signed For and/or Tracked services. Your parcel will be sent at the fastest service available of this type within the shipping price you have paid.
Comics are packaged in twist mailers or book wraps and are strongly secured to prevent bending or damage in transit. We do not send comics in envelopes.
We use boxes from recycled sources wherever possible, so you may receive your order in a box from another company. We use primarily paper internal packaging, with bubble wrap or plastic comic bags where necessary to prevent damage or moisture from getting to your goodies!
Dispatch and Delivery Times
We are currently dispatching parcels 1-2 times per week, and orders usually arrive within 1 to 5 working days of dispatch. (Please give allowances for disruptions to shipping times, as delays are possible and often out of our control.)
Please be aware we are unable to dispatch any parcels purchased between Saturday and Monday until the following Tuesday.
If you place an order to be shipped that includes items that are not immediately available, your entire order will be held until all items are available to ship. Please consider placing orders for preorder items separately, or contact us at email@example.com to arrange split shipping.
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your items if you change your mind and wish to return an order purchased online (please see exclusions below). The receiver is responsible for return shipping in this case. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the goods back. If the goods are damaged or not as sold,
Items purchased in store can usually be returned within 30 days if they are unopened, undamaged, and proof of purchase is provided, but are not automatically eligible to be returned. Returns will be at the manager's discretion. (Please see exclusions below.)
If the item is damaged or faulty, we will offer to rectify the issue with a repair, replacement, or discount/refund as appropriate. In this instance we will cover any additional shipping required.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Items which have been specifically ordered on your behalf are not eligible to be returned. This includes items ordered through a reservation or subscription service.
Comic books (and comic packs) are excluded from returns except at the manager's discretion. Comics are periodicals that date quickly, and are not covered under standard Consumer Rights unless they are faulty.
Booster packs (such as those for Magic: The Gathering) are excluded from returns due to the nature of the item. If you receive a faulty booster pack or card, replacements will be offered via the publisher's Damage Replacement service.
Items are sold in new condition as they have been received from our suppliers. Some items may have minor imperfections (torn cellophane wrap, small paint blemishes, small scuffs to packaging, etc); these are not classed as "defects" and will not be considered faulty, but we will notify customers if there are particularly notable imperfections wherever possible.
Comics - Comic books are sold as new unless specified. New comics may have industry-accepted imperfections (ink or colour bleed, corner wear, creases, etc); these are not classed as "defects" and will not be considered faulty. We handle all our comics as carefully as possible and will always offer the best possible quality, but we cannot guarantee "mint" condition comics.
